What that means is that the costs of bringing the case would have been more than what could have been recovered.
By the time the expenses and legal fee would have been paid out the client would have walked away with very little money.
Issues like this, which can also be frustrating to an injured person, are things which must be taken into consideration before moving forward with a Maryland medical malpractice case.
