Do You Suspect A Failure To Perform A C-Section Or A Delay In Performing A C-Section Caused Your Baby’s Brain Injury or Cerebral Palsy Diagnosis?

If a doctor fails to act in a reasonable manner on a C-Section, an injury to the baby can occur. Doctors moving promptly with a C-Section when the situation warrants it avoids some birth injuries. If your baby has been diagnosed with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and/or cerebral palsy, and you feel as if the C-Section is delayed, or a failure to perform a C-Section is the reason, do understand that there are individuals who you can speak to regarding the challenges that your child will face in the future.
